Goose Creek Estates is a subdivision of 68 homes located in Williamson County, TN.  We are located approximately 1 mile west of I-65 at exit 61 (Peytonsville/Goose Creek Bypass).

  • We do have a small common area with fencing and stone entry that is maintained by the HOA.

  • No, we are in the county, though our mailing address is Franklin.  We do not pay taxes to the city of Franklin, and we do not receive city of Franklin services.  Residents contract privately for trash service, recycling, etc.  The properties immediately around us have been annexed by the city of Franklin. 
Does Goose Creek Estates have public water and sewer services?  
  • We do have public water provided by H.B. & T.S. Utility District.  We do not have public sewer service; the properties have septic tanks.
